Dogwood Lane Boutique

By Kelli Maniscalco, Owner of Dogwood Lane Boutique

Dogwood Lane Boutique copyKnown for its charming shops and eateries, Sweetwater’s historic district has long been a favorite destination for shoppers. It’s also been a lovely place to relocate. Having recently moved from NY, I was blessed to have the opportunity to open Dogwood Lane – a New York-style boutique selling women’s clothing, accessories, and home décor.

I’ve always loved fashion and decorating. I worked at a high end women’s clothing store during college and after, and I enjoyed helping clients put outfits together. I also had a great visual display internship with Urban Outfitters. Also, I love to garden. A little shop with a garden became available, and the chance to combine all the things I love was irresistible.

Even if I didn’t own a boutique, I would spend hours pouring over Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, or Vogue, reading style blogs and noticing what fashion forward women are wearing. I enjoy staying on top of the latest trends, but every trend doesn’t suit every body. Knowing how to put together pieces that are fresh, yet flattering, is what fashion is all about and what I can help you with. The best look is one that makes you feel good about yourself and helps you put your best foot forward.

Most of my lines are from NY and LA with the occasional designer “find,” offering a wide variety of styles, sizes, and price points. I also carry unique handmade jewelry and artisan made décor. Whether you’re a student, a working woman, or shopping for an elegant fundraising event or a casual, yet pulled together weekend look, you’ll find it here. We also offer gift certificates.

When you shop Dogwood Lane, I want you to have fun – like you are raiding your most fashionable friend’s closet. I hope you’ll find inspiration and lots of things you love and walk out with items that make you look great and feel like the best version of yourself.
