Honeybee Coffee, with four locations in East Tennessee, is now Honeybee Coffee & Brewery! Honeybee owner, Norris Hill, has teamed up with brewer extraordinaire, Steve Dedman, to begin offering up special brewed in-house beer flavors specifically for Honeybee customers. With 10 varieties available, you’re sure to find a favorite! All have original names like Salute to The Hill, All Night Honey, and Scruffy Little Kitty that range from very light Pilsners to dark ales.

Ethically sourced, locally roasted, and locally brewed coffees have been a staple at veteran-owned Honeybee since 2017, and Norris is excited to expand their menu. Along with the new brewery, Honeybee will now offer food from the crew at Knox Wurst Thursday through Saturday at their west location beginning around 5 pm. With apps, salads, burgers, and quesadillas available, Norris says the menu is “bougie but approachable.”

When the Knoxville News Sentinel interviewed the two men on the day of their Grand Opening, they commented about their new endeavor and unique beers:

“The food, the beer, the coffee, everything that we provide, we try to do it as best we can while honoring the people that created and brewed it,” said Norris. “The experience is community, a place to slow down and be taken care of. My hope is when they walk out of the door, their day is so much better.”

“I am really excited about it; it will be something you can get nowhere else,” said Steve. “All Night Honey is a hyperlocal beer. The coffee is roasted in Knoxville, the beer is brewed onsite, and the honey is from a local company. I have a feeling this beer might become a core; we may hang our hat on this one, too.”

Whether you’re in the mood for a great cup of coffee, some sweet treats, or a beer and a burger, head over to Honeybee Coffee & Brewery. Their west locations are at West Town Mall at the Elite Suites Salon Studios entrance off Morrell Road and on Kingston Pike between Lovell Road and Campbell Station next door to Matlock Tire – complete with an outdoor patio and large roll-up doors for an outdoor café feel. Their south location is across the river on up-and-coming Sevier Avenue. And don’t forget to visit their Sevierville location the next time you are headed to the outlets or mountains.
