Walker Realty Group was launched in 2013. After gaining experience in a conventional residential real estate marketplace, I was convinced that a “one-size-fits-all” approach to selling homes was not always appropriate for each client or their current situation. We have had great success with a For Sale by Owner option that allows the seller to continue to market their own home. There is even a flat fee option. Your listing commission is tailored to your personal needs.
